Brian Boruta Is Coming To "The Drag"

We're thrilled to welcome Brian Boruta to "The Drag" this Saturday, October 10th @ 7pm as he speaks with our Artistic Director Kevin Broccoli about all things theater.

Brian is the Producing Artistic Director of The Umbrella Stage Company in Concord, MA and has pioneered its mission of producing Bold, Daring, and Innovative theatre. 

As a noted performer, director, producer and designer, Brian’s credits include: As Director, Hundred Days42nd StreetParadeBig Fish, Hair, Side Show, Next to Normal, The Rocky Horror ShowSweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Favorite on-stage credits include Bert (Mary Poppins) Billy Lawlor (42nd Street) Cosmo Brown (Singin’ in theRain) and Greg (A Chorus Line)

As a designer and educator, Brian has worked with numerous college, high school and community groups including Merrimack College, Goddard College, Framingham State University, The Performing Arts Center of MetroWest, Brookline, Chelsea and Wellesley Public School. Brian was named the recipient of the 2014 Framingham State University Young Alumni Achievement Award for his work in the performing arts.
